Telecoms still hot off the press

Looking back over the last two months, Elingo has had a busy time in the media. Here’s a few highlights to give you some insight into the contact centre industry: Following the latest Brainstorm BPO roundtable page 68, 69, 70, 71 & 72, Karl Reed and many other industry leaders highlight the various strengths and weaknesses in the sector, read it here or have a look at the article published online.

In iWeek page 35, 36 & 37 recently, Elingo showed their stance on the very ‘hot’  cloud computing topic, Karl was featured among other leaders from IBM and MWeb. Reed also gave his opinion as an iWeek viewpoint, where he discussed the importance of consolidating communications.

Elingo’s latest ITWeb industry insight, titled The power of automation made headlines, where they identified managing automation as key to ensuring a consolidated communication system in order to deliver maximum benefit. Also, understanding the strategic fundamentals of consolidating platforms was left to Karl in an enticing article published on Mail & Guardian – Techleader.
